Express Prohibition on AI Training: For the avoidance of doubt, whether you are a free viewer or a paid subscriber, no license is granted to use, copy, download, or otherwise exploit any Content for the purpose of developing, training, fine-tuning, testing, or validating any artificial intelligence (AI) systems, machine learning algorithms, large language models (LLMs), or similar technologies. You are strictly prohibited from using our Content to populate datasets, create derivative works for AI training, or conduct text and data mining (TDM) operations. For the avoidance of doubt, accessing the website and its Content for AI Training purposes is prohibited. Licensing for AI Training uses is available on request with commercial terms to be discussed.
