    The case we’re publishing this week is about a sequence of events taken from Will Guidara’s Unreasonable Hospitality.

    Guidara is best known as the manager of Eleven Madison Park, at one point the No. 1 ranked restaurant in the world.

    Before he started down that path, however, Guidara had a set of foundational experiences that informed how he ran restaurant businesses. This case concerns one of those experiences. Specifically, it has to do with using data in the context of the restaurant industry.
